Privacy

This product holds personal reflections. We treat that seriously.

What you write stays yours

Everything you write — your assessment answers, your Title Detox™ reflections, your journal, your declaration — is stored against your account and is readable only by you. Other members cannot see it. Nothing you write is sold, and nothing you write is used to advertise to you.

What the AI sees, and when

When you ask for an insight — your Human Capital Inventory, your Identity Portfolio, your Possible Selves, a weekly summary, or a reply from TIM™ — your relevant answers are sent to an AI model so it can respond using your own words rather than generic advice. It is used to generate your result and is not used to train a public model. If you never request an insight, your answers are never sent anywhere.

Questions you can skip

Every personal section of Identity Archaeology™ has a “Prefer not to answer” option. Skipped questions are recorded as skipped and are never sent to the AI.

Your journal is not analytics

Aggregate reporting for the product team uses counts and score distributions only. Journal entries and personal free-text answers are excluded from it.

Export and deletion

You can delete any individual journal entry at any time. From your account settings you can download a copy of everything you have written, and you can delete your account — which permanently removes your profile, answers, insights, experiments, reflections and journal.

Consent

By creating an account you consent to your answers being stored so the product can work, and to your answers being sent to an AI model at the moment you request an insight. You can withdraw that consent by deleting your account.
